  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded course materials or project files
  • The course has a technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved

Refund requests submitted after 14 days or after substantial course access will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the shraxzul team.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses accessed beyond the 14-day refund period
  • Courses where more than 20% of content has been viewed
  • Courses where certificates of completion have been issued
  • Downloadable resources or project files that have been accessed
  • Special promotional bundles or discounted course packages
  • Gift purchases made for other individuals

How to Request a Refund

Course Cancellation by Shraxzul

In the rare event that we need to cancel a course offering, all enrolled students will receive a full refund automatically. We will notify you via email and process refunds within 5 business days of cancellation.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your 3D modeling course at shraxzul, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly and will work with you to ensure proper access to course materials.
